Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellation by Client

If the client cancels the event 7 days or more before the event date, 80% refund of the advance amount will be provided.

If the cancellation is made within 3 to 6 days, 50% refund will be applicable.

For cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the event, no refund will be issued, as arrangements would have already been made.

2. Cancellation by Us (Tarang Events MAnagement)

In the rare case where we are unable to deliver the service due to unavoidable reasons (natural disasters, health emergency, or vendor issues), a full refund will be initiated within 7 business days.

You may also be offered the option to reschedule the event without extra charges.

3. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during booking.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Any third-party bookings made on your behalf (venue, catering, etc.) are non-refundable once confirmed.

Custom decorations, printed materials, and personalized setups are also non-refundable after production starts.

5. No Show Policy

If the client or their representatives do not appear on the day of the event without any prior notice, no refund shall be provided.
